(Students and Teachers Accessing Tomorrow) is the multi-year transformation of all schools in Baltimore County into complete 21st century technology learning environments in order to prepare globally-competitive graduates. School libraries and school library programs are in the midst of a redefinition in our district. This presentation will focus on the many facets of change in our program in an organization of our size.
